The terms and conditions set forth below (the “Cloud Services Terms”) govern Client’s use of MindWire Cloud Services. These Cloud Services Terms supplement and are incorporated into the MindWire Services Agreement and any applicable Statement of Work (“SOW”), (collectively, the “Services Agreement”). The Cloud Services Terms and the Services Agreement shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Agreement.” Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the MindWire Services Agreement.
