THIS CLUB RED LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between ARENA OPERATING COMPANY, LTD. (“Operator”), a Florida limited partnership and the manager and operator of the BB&T Center (“Arena”), and the undersigned licensee (“Licensee”) whose mailing address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address are set forth in the appendix attached hereto and incorporated herein (the “Appendix”) hereby agree, with the intention to be legally bound, as follows:
