These Club Rules (the "Rules") are established by the Club (all capitalized terms used in these Rules and not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings as they have in San Vicente Clubs Membership Plan (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the "Membership Plan") to protect the Club Facilities, to promote the health, safety, welfare and enjoyment of the Club Facilities by the Members and their guests pursuant to the Membership Plan, and provide Members with an enjoyable, private and anonymous club experience. These Rules, in conjunction with the Membership Plan, Membership Agreement, and the Nondisclosure Agreement, govern the use of the Club Facilities by the Members and their guests, as well as other matters pertaining to membership in San Vicente Clubs.
