THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF MESQUITE, a Nevada municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nevada (herein the "City"), and CORE West, Inc, (DBA – CORE Construction) a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada and authorized to do business in the State of Nevada, (herein the "CMAR"). The City and the CMAR are sometimes individually referred to herein as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
