Ltd., a China corporation with offices at No. 3 Jinping Street, Ya’an Road, Nankai District, Tianjin 300190, People’s Republic of China / 天津市南开区雅安道金平路3号, 邮编：300190 (“ANDON”), and ATCOR Medical Pty Ltd., a NSW Australian limited company, with offices at Suite 303, 15 Lime Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia (“ATCOR”). Each of the parties may be referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties”.
