This co-marketing event Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of 7 Dec 2023 and take effect on the same date (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Bond Connect Company Limited (“BCCL”), located at Unit 4701, 47/F., Exchange Square Two, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“SCB”), located at 32/F, Standard Chartered Bank Building, 4-4A Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong to set forth the terms under which the Parties will co-host the “BCCL & Standard Chartered Bank co-marketing event – Outlook 2024 - New Chapter of China Connectivity” (the “Event”) on 11 Jan 2024 the (“Event Date”) at 4:00pm -6:00pm.
