The Health and Human Services Commission (“System Agency”) and Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center (“Grantee”), collectively, the "Parties," to that certain Co-Occurring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorders (COPSD) Services Contract, effective September 1, 2020 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000663700211 (the “Contract”), now want to amend the Contract.
