This course is designed to help transition the student from an academic environment to employment in an agricultural related field. Students should be able to apply skills attained in the classroom to the workplace. Students will further develop their education by learning new skills during the co-op experience. The co-op should provide students with networking opportunities and strengthen the student’s resume. Upon completion, the student should have more self-confidence and be more competitive for permanent employment after graduation.
