The goal of the Hamlin Park Baseball Association is to teach players how to play the game of baseball in a safe, structured, fun and competitive environment, and to prepare our older players for high school baseball. In an effort to create this environment, and in the understanding that this will only be possible if the adults involved have a clear understanding and common pursuit of this goal, HPBA has created this Coach Rules & Guidelines Contract for adults wishing to participate as coaches. This contract will be enforced as of January, 2005, and can only be changed by the Board of the HPBA. Any disputes or questions regarding interpretation of this contract should be directed to the President of the HPBA or a designated alternate member of the Board.
