This Coal Buy and Sell Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Coal Agreement”) made and entered into as of this 4th day of February, 2010, by and between JBM Energy Company, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and Future Gas Holdings, Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
