These terms of service constitute an agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Cognibox inc., a corporation registered with the Québec Business Register (Canada) under number 1170587803 (“Provider”) and the corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other business entity acting as a Client Corporation (as defined hereunder at Article 1.4) executing this Agreement (the “Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the date Customer clicks “I agree” (the “Effective Date”). Use of Cognibox (as defined hereunder at Article 1.5) by Customer and its performance by Provider, as well as any requests from Customer to a Contractor to access and use Cognibox are governed by this Agreement.
