This Custodial Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by each individual entity identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, (each, a “Client”) and Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC, with an address at 200 Park Avenue South, Suite 1208, New York, NY 10003 (“Coinbase Custody”). This Agreement governs Client’s use of the Custodial Services (as defined herein) provided by Coinbase Custody as a fiduciary to its clients’ assets.
