(“Affymax”), and TAKEDA PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of Japan, with its principal place of business at 1-1, Doshomachi 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Osaka, 540-8645, Japan (“Takeda”).
