TRANSPORTATION COLLABORATIVE PLANNING AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this day of , , by and between the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (Department); the Ocala/Marion County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO); the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council (RPC)]; the City of Ocala acting on its own behalf and on behalf of SunTran and the Ocala International Airport; and the Marion County Board of County Commissioners acting on its own behalf and on behalf of the Marion County Airport; collectively referred to as the Parties.
