I, NAME of STREET, TOWN, STATE (the “Client”) hereby agree to engage FIRM NAME (the “Firm”), in connection with a collaborative divorce consistent with the terms of the Collaborative Participation Agreement. Once the Collaborative Participation Agreement is Fully Executed by the Parties and Attorneys it is hereby incorporated by reference into this Fee Agreement.
