This AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED COLLATERAL TRUST AGREEMENT AND SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED SECURITY AND PLEDGE AGREEMENT, dated as of March 8, 2024 and effective as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date (defined below) (this “Amendment”), by and among Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Parent”), each other Obligor party hereto and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as collateral trustee for the benefit of the Parity Lien Secured Parties (in such capacity and together with its successors in such capacity, the “Collateral Trustee”).
