This Collective Action Settlement Agreement, including Exhibits A - G hereto (“Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”), is made and entered into by, between, and among Freddy Fernandez, Giovanny Gonzalez, Neil Guzman, Freddy Vasquez and Luis Velasquez (collectively, the “Named Plaintiffs”) on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Collective as defined below on the one hand, and Kinray, Inc. (“Kinray”) and Cardinal Health, Inc. (“Cardinal”) (together “Defendants”) on the other hand. The Named Plaintiffs and Defendants are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties.”
