do hereby deposit photographs specified below with the Iona College Archives and its future successor organisations. Being the sole owner of the material, I deposit this material (and any additions which I may make to it) unencumbered to the Iona College Archives, and do declare that I made the deposit of my own free will and without influence. Legal ownership of the materials shall pass to the Iona College Archives upon delivery of the materials.

This agreement, made in duplicate between (the Donor, understanding this term to encompass the Donor’s legal representative) and the Mount Saint Mary College Archives (the Library) of Mount Saint Mary College, gives, donates, and transfers to the Mount Saint Mary College Archives, under the terms stipulated below, physical ownership of certain materials, described as follows and collectively referred to as the materials:
