WAC 132E-137-010 General policy covering the use of the facilities. (1) The parties to this agreement are the Washington State Community College District 5, acting under specific authority granted to its board of trustees by the laws of the state of Washington, to contract for the use of the facility at Everett Community College, hereinafter referred to as the college and the organization contracting to use the col- lege facilities, hereinafter referred to as the licensee.

THIS COLLEGE FACILITY USE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 19th day of June, 2024, between Southwestern Oregon Community College (the “College”) and The Charleston Rural Fire Protection District (the “Agency”). The College and the Agency are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as “Party.”
