Effective this [date], the Board of Trustees of Western Michigan University (WMU), on behalf of its College of Arts and Sciences (Department of Sociology) (COLLEGE) and the City of Kalamazoo, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Michigan (HOST), enter this Agreement to work together to provide an internship experience for the COLLEGE’S registered students (Agreement).
