GENERAL AGREEMENT- Kilgore College grants the student named below a license to occupy and use a room within a residence hall for temporary residential purposes only, subject to the terms and conditions herein. This Contract does not create a landlord/tenant relationship and does not constitute a lease of College property. This license is revocable, is non-transferable and the resident may not reassign, sublet, or allow any person or property in their assigned room without written authorization from the Campus Life Specialist or Coordinator of Campus Life. The student is not guaranteed a particular room or a particular residence hall. The resident agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the College as set forth in the College Catalog, Student Rights and Responsibilities, Residence Hall Contract, Residence Hall Handbook, and as may be provided to the resident at any other time in any other form by a College official. In applying for a room assignment, I understand that I am contracting and pay room and fees for a space for the full academic year. I agree to all the rules, regulations, and procedures established now and later by Moravian College including those in the current Student Handbook and all published residence hall regulations.
