This Colocation Mining Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of July 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Coinmint, LLC (“Service Provider”), a limited liability company, with an address at 1413 Avenida Ponce de Leon, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00946, and the customer identified below (“Customer”).
