This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") communicates the standard levels of Colocation Services (the “Service Levels”) provided by Aventus as set forth in the Colocation Service Agreement between Aventus and the Customer (the “Agreement”). The Aventus Data Centers Network Operating Center (“NOC”) monitors the Service Levels on a continuous basis, utilizing industry standard monitoring tools and methods. Unless defined in this SLA, all defined terms have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
