The Colococation Agreement is an agreement between tenants living in the same house that describes the shared expenses and rules of the house. Unlike the lease contract, the owner does not participate in the roommate's contract. By signing the collocation agreement, tenants commit to respect the rules and pay rent, fees and other expenses in time.
