THIS PROJECT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2013, by and between the COUNTY BOARD OF ARLINGTON (“Arlington County Board”), a body corporate and politic and a subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the FAIRFAX COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS (“Fairfax County Board”), a body corporate and politic and a subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Arlington County Board and the Fairfax County Board are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
