This agreement (“Agreement”) effective as of the latest date on the signature block on the last page hereof (“Effective Date”) describes the terms and conditions of DIR Contract No. DIR‐TSO‐3560, and this agreement, under which Column and its affiliates (collectively “Column “) will perform services and provide certain deliverables for Customer as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) between the parties. DIR Contract No. DIR‐TSO‐3560, This Agreement, together with all SOWs, which are incorporated into the Agreement, represents the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter described in any SOW.
