The copyright, rights related to copyright and other intellectual property rights to the ComAp’s Software (including to the software documentation and ComAp’s Control Systems Software) and other authors’ works of ComAp relating in particular to all content contained therein and any related documentation and design documentation including user manuals and specifications ("Technical Documentation") to ComAp’s Software and to ComAp’s Products including the hardware and/or services ("Author's Works") are the property of the company ComAp a.s., U Uranie 1612/14a, 17000 Praha 7, Czech Republic ("ComAp") or licensed to ComAp or based on other legal reasons.
