This Commencement Date Confirmation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of June 27, 2019 (“Execution Date”), by and between Brooklyn Immunotherapeutics LLC (“Sublessor”) and Nezu Asia Capital Management, LLC (“Tenant”).
