EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“EyePoint”) and ImprimisRx, LLC (“Imprimis”) entered into a Commercial Alliance Agreement effective as of August 1, 2020, as modified by the Letter Agreement dated November 12, 2020 (collectively, the “Agreement”).
