Gallagher Risk Management Services Inc., providing the only response. A notice of withdrawal was posted on October 4, 2022, and State Purchasing negotiated these terms with Contractor, in which Contractor agreed to honor its bid, with alterations to the Price Sheet, as submitted in response to the ITB.
