This Commercial Banking Services Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that govern your Account with Bank of China (Canada) (the “Bank”, “BOCC”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and is in addition to any agreements between you and the Bank for banking products and/or services (“Services”) provided to you by the Bank from time to time in connection with the Account.
