(these “Terms”), between the customer set forth on the signature page hereto (“Customer”) and Equinox Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 513 W. 54th Street, New York, NY 10019 (“Equinox Media”), govern the purchase and sale of the products and services described on any applicable order form, invoice, purchase order or other ordering document (each, an “Order”) (respectively, “Products” and “Services”) between Customer and Equinox Media.
