This Second Amendment to Commercial Contract – Unimproved Property (“Second Amended Contract”), dated this 15 day of January, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the City of Seabrook, Texas (“Seller”) and PG Legacies, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Buyer”) with respect to the sale by Seller and purchase by Buyer of that certain tract of land consisting of approximately 2.0514 acres located on Lakeside Drive in Seabrook, Texas, as more fully described in the Contract (defined below) (the “Property”).
