BETWEEN: FireWatch Safety Results Group Pty Ltd (ABN 97 162 393 035) its successors and assigns collectively or individually(“FWSR Group”). AND: THE CUSTOMER named and described in the company details below and if an individual(s), its personal representatives and permitted assigns and if a corporation, as successors and assigns, jointly and each of them severally (“the Customer”). IN CONSIDERATION OF FireWatch Safety Results Group Pty Ltd agreeing to consider the Customer’s Credit Application, the Customer AGREES that if Firewatch Safety Results Group Pty Ltd accepts the Application, and gives the Customer a Credit Account (“Credit Account”), then the Customer shall be bound by the terms and conditions set out in the section of this Agreement marked and headed Terms and Conditions of Trading

McCraw Oil Company, Inc. (“McCraw”) is hereby authorized to make any credit inquires necessary based on the information provided above for the purpose of credit approval. I certify that all information given is correct and that I have the authority to incur liabilities and enter into this agreement on behalf of the Customer. I acknowledge that the Customer’s credit file may be requested from a credit reporting agency for the purpose of verifying credit history. By signing below, Customer hereby agrees to McCraw’s Account Terms.
