An agreement between the City of Southlake, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, and the undersigned Developer, DEVELOPER NAME, hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”, of ADDITION NAME, hereinafter referred to as “Addition” to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, for the installation of certain community facilities located therein, and to provide city services thereto. It is understood by and between the parties that this Agreement is applicable to the Addition (a commercial development) and to the off-site improvements necessary to support the Addition.
