These warranty terms (hereafter referred to as the “Warranty Terms”) apply to the DUALSUN solar panels and to some accessories and components sold to professional customers (hereafter the “Retailers”) by the company DUALSUN (hereafter “DUALSUN”) for installation on the premises of an end-user customer (hereafter "User Customer") by a qualified professional fitter (hereafter "Fitter").
