This Commercial Entity Agreement (“CEA”) is provided to all users of the payment processing services provided under the Zettle by PayPal (“Zettle”) brand (the “Payment Service”) that exceed the annual card transaction volume limit as specified by a card scheme requiring an agreement directly with the acquirer (“Merchant”, “you” or “your”). By accepting the Zettle User Agreement (as defined below), you have given PayPal (Europe) S.á.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. authority to enter into this CEA on your behalf. This CEA constitutes the direct agreement referred to in the Zettle User Agreement (as defined below) and by entering into this CEA, you are fulfilling the Card Scheme Rules (as defined below) requiring such a direct agreement.
