This 2nd Amendment to Commercial Hangar Land Lease and Operating Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the 20th day of May, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County (“BOCC”), as Lessor, GarCo Premier Hangars LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Existing Lessee”), as Lessee, and GarCo Hangar Association, a Colorado not-for-profit corporation (“HOA”), (Existing Lessee and HOA jointly and severally “Lessee”).
