The Grand Rapids Economic Development Authority, a Minnesota public body corporate and politic (the “Buyer”) agrees to purchase that certain real property and all the fixtures and personal property located thereon as of the date of this Commercial-Industrial Purchase Agreement (“Purchase Agreement”) which is situated in the City of Grand Rapids, County of Itasca, State of Minnesota, and is more particularly described on attached Addendum A (the “Real Property”).
