THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between (“Subscriber”) and LR Communications, Inc. (“Provider”) for the purpose of establishing terms and conditions under which Provider will provide Internet access service (“Service”). This agreement is in addition to the Internet Service Provider Agreement (“ISP Agreement”) and where a conflict exists this agreement shall take precedence.
