In situations where the Customer is developing the Facility itself and will be the only entity that will be a Financial Interest Customer for that Facility, the term “Customer” shall be applicable. In situations where the Project Sponsor is developing the Facility and one or more other entities will be a Financial Interest Customer for the Facility, the term “Project Sponsor” shall be applicable.
