This Contract for Commercial Real Estate Consultant is made and entered into this 2nd day of June, 2022 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”.
