This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Commander, Navy Region Southwest, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program, hereinafter referred to as “Fund,” and Kern Community College District on behalf of Cerro Coso Community College, hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor.” The Fund seeks to promote positive, healthy and active participation in leisure and recreational programs for service members and their families. In consideration of the premises and mutual promises set forth herein, the parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:
