This Commercial Transaction Credit Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the standard terms and conditions pursuant to which Relay Payments, Inc. (“Relay”) agrees to make a line of credit (the “Line of Credit”) available to a Relay Product user and its affiliates and subsidiaries (the “Member”, and, together with Relay, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) for the funding of Transactions using the Relay System initiated by the Member pursuant to a Member Services Agreement, Order Form, and any and all other current and future addenda, exhibits, and attachments thereto (collectively, the “MSA”).1
