This Common Interest, Privilege, and Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the West Valley Sanitation District, Cupertino Sanitary District, County Sanitation District 2-3, Burbank Sanitary District, and the City of Milpitas, (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) made by and through their respective legal counsel (individually and collectively, “Counsel”) effective the day of August, 2015.
