THIS COMMON STOCK PURCHASE AND WORKING CAPITAL LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of October 19, 2017, between Mystic Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Ketores Holdings, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, or its assignee entity (“Ketores”).
