THIS FIRST AMENDED COMMON STOCK SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into this 10TH day of JULY, 2018, by and among Go Green Global Enterprises, Inc., with an address of 401 Ryland Street Ste. 200-A, Reno, NV 89502 (hereafter “GO GREEN”), and ENDEXX CORPORATION, with an address of 38246 North Hazelwood Circle.
