Community Advisor (CA) positions are key leadership positions representing the mission of CSB/SJU of living and learning in community. As student employees and ambassadors of residential lif e, CA’s are the f irst line of delivery of a sophisticated, inclusive, and compelling residential experience. Therefore, this contract recognizes requirements and expectations to be a successful RA/CA and the compensation for good work. In signing this contract, the Community Advisor (CA), as an employee of the College of Saint Benedict, agrees to fulf ill the responsibilities of the Community Advisor Position Description and to the terms of this contract.
