This Community and Student Workforce Project Agreement (hereinafter, "CSWPA") is entered into by and between the Long Beach Community College District, its successors or assigns, (hereinafter "District") and the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Department ("AFL/CIO") and the signatory Craft Councils and Unions signing this CSWPA, (hereinafter, together with the Council, collectively, the "Union" or "Unions"). The District, Council and Unions are herein collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."
