The use of amenities (basketball courts/pickleball courts/tennis courts/playground/pool/volleyball/gaga pit) is reserved exclusively for River's Bend members who are in good standing. 'Good standing' is defined as: a member who has paid all HOA assessments in full and there are no delinquencies or violations on their account. 'Not in good standing' is defined as: a River's Bend HOA member who is delinquent in their HOA dues and/or has outstanding dues/violations/grievances associated with their
